Terms

What are your payment and minimum order terms?

No minimum order for online orders.
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and AMEX.
NO Checks, COD, or Money Orders.

Orders placed on our site usually ship within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Choosing Expedited Service (UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3rd Day Select) may reduce the amount of time your order spends in transit, but please allow 48 hours for shipment to occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

All shipments are made F.O.B. the shops plant.Once your online order is shipped, you will be E-mailed your tracking number for tracking it’s movement.

Your shipment was oversized per UPS standards. All oversized boxes are shipped at a minimum of 90 lbs. regardless of actual weight. Oversized boxes are needed to pack some of our larger plastic items and most of our bulk items. We are always looking for ways to reduce the box size required to avoid use of oversized boxes.

Shop My Web ships internationally. International orders are subject to review by the Shop My Web Credit Department prior to processing. Wire transfer payments are preferred for any order over $500.00 shipping outside the U.S., and this payment type will help speed international shipments.

Prices are F.O.B. shop's plant as listed in our on-line catalog and are subjected to change without notice due to volatile exchange rates and/or typing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.

Discounts are available to OEM’s and large volume end users. Please e-mail us your quotation request including the item number and quantity required. If you qualify, we will customize a quote for you.

All shipments are made F.O.B. the shops plant. All orders are shipped via UPS. Large orders (over 500.00) may be shipped via common carrier and usually take 5 to 7 days to ship. Shipping and Handling Charges are added to your order. Additional customs fees may apply to shipments sent outside of the U.S. Once your order is shipped you may track it with your UPS Tracking Number.

You should check, UPS TRACKING on shipping times to your location. As an example, NY to West Coast is 5 days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped in 48 hours, you will receive a notice indicating the same. A street address is required for all UPS Shipments.

All items sold on our web pages or in our catalog accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE WRITING, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS DEPICTED OR DESCRIBED HEREIN ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
