Fraud Policy

Shop My Web takes fraud very seriously. Fraudulent orders hurt both cardholders and Shop My Web, and impair our ability to provide quality service and competitive pricing for customers. In an effort to reduce the amount of fraudulent orders processed, Shop My Web takes certain steps to limit the amount of fraudulent orders processed. These steps include, but are not limited to, recording the IP address for every computer that places an order, and manually checking all orders before shipment.
